Working Image serves low-income women who are seeking interviews, job stability or promotions. While providing complete work-appropriate outfits selected specifically for the woman being served, trained volunteers provide information and support to bolster a woman’s confidence and ability to put their best foot forward, whether in an interview or in basic job performance. Each woman seeking employment receives three interview appropriate outfits and/or a week’s worth of clothing when she gets her job. The program serves Jefferson , Clallam & Kitsap counties.
Women are referred to Working Image through their employer, OlyCAP, or another social service agency.

Community Jobs Program
Provides services to the hard-to-employ WorkFirst (Temporary Assistance to Needy Families) parents, directly benefiting local communities. This program provides subsidized work experience at a host site that matches participant's interest, skills and abilities to the job. This program allows the participant to obtain job skills and knowledge, gain confidence and eventually build a bridge to unsubsidized employment and future independence. The program serves Clallam and Jefferson Counties. OlyCAP Offices
Community Education Classes
OlyCAP offers a series of one-day and half-day workshops in Clallam and Jefferson counties including: All About You and Your Potential, All About You at Work, and All About You and Your Money. These workshops focus on soft skills training that lead to job readiness and job retention. They are free for DSHS TANF recipients and open to the public for nominal fees. Limited financial assistance is available to those who qualify. Please call (360) 452-4726 for more information.

OlyCAP Office Forks

The Job Lift program provides transportation services that connect TANF - eligible individuals and other low-income workers to jobs and other employment related activities. By means of three vanpools, up to forty-five participants each day may use this service to commute to work, work training, job search and even to drop off their children at day care.
Serves West End of Clallam County.
