Emergency Services Manager - OlyCAP is recruiting for someone to oversee our Emergency Service Programs including the Home Fund and Energy Assistance Programs. Additionally, this high-profile position will focus on community coalition building.  If you have strong management and communication skills, demonstrated supervision of many levels of staff; community partnering experience; grant writings skills and an MSW or a bachelor’s degree in a related field you may be the person we are looking for. Head Start Program Director - OlyCAP is recruiting for a strong leader to direct the Head Start/Early Head Start Programs. This position provides oversight for high-quality implementation and integration of all component areas including early childhood education, preventative health, and family development and strengthening; ensures that goals and objectives are met with regard to preparing children for school success, supporting parents as their child’s first teacher, and fostering empowering and independence. IT Systems Administrator - Olympic Community Action Programs (OlyCAP) is searching for an IT Systems Administrator.  This high profile position will oversee agency-wide network computer and phone systems including, set-up, implementation, administration, maintenance and troubleshooting for all OlyCAP locations.  Experience with Windows server 2003 and 2008 systems, Microsoft Exchange Server, MS Windows (XP,VISTA,Windows 7)Sage MIP, Microsoft Office Suites, remote access, VPN and wireless systems preferred.  Experience in setting up and maintaining LAN systems.  Must be a self-starter able to work independently as well as a team member.  Ability to work effectively with all levels of employees.  This position will service both Jefferson and Clallam Counties.  EOE Open until filled.   Application and job descriptions are available at OlyCAP, 803 W Park Ave, Port Townsend 360-385-2571, 228 W 1st St, Ste.
